CEO Services offers solutions for all your home and personal needs, whether they are seasonal or year round. By making one call to CEO Services, your job is done. We will handle the details, and you can rest assured that your home and your needs are well protected, maintained and accomplished. We will learn about your property and your preferences and serve as your single point of contact.

Absentee Home Care Services

Handling of mail and payment of bills. Mail is gathered once weekly, “junk” mail is eliminated, and the remainder of the mail is forwarded on to the owner (unless otherwise specified). Should any cleaning, repair work or maintenance work be required, back up bills are provided on monthly statement. An escrow account is set up for each client initially, and replenished when necessary, and funds are drawn from the account to make payments as required. A monthly retainer is also drawn on the account for the services of CEO.

Unless otherwise specified, one of our principles will visit the property a minimum of once weekly. Property is visually checked both inside and out where possible. When we check the property in your absence, we will advise of repairs that are needed and will have our staff make the repairs in a very timely and affordable manner. Service personnel will be supervised at all times. Though visits from repair personnel is seldom, needs do arise, and certainly damage from wind, rain, or hurricane will be handled immediately.

We request a name listing to security services for response to alarm and police. Certainly this is necessary during your absence from the home, and can be removed while the owners are in residence. As we live locally, our response time will be immediate, as we are at your call 24/7.

We can contract for housekeeping, pool, gardening and lawn maintenance services. Some of our clients require a continuing service, both when they are in residence, and when they are not. Our staff is local, professional, dependable, affordable, and will schedule visits as specified by our clients. Our staff has been drawn from knowing them after many years of service. We also proudly offer the services of an arborist that can care for any trees and shrubs on property.

Certainly having a home in the South Florida area requires a thought to the hurricane season. Though we have been very fortunate over the last few years, there is always a chance we can have a hurricane….either big or small, and attention to your home will be immediate. We offer hurricane preparedness and cleanup should you require it. Along with our immediate staff, we will contract with other companies to make whatever preparations necessary repairs are needed as well as any attention in the aftermath of the storm. This will also be done with personalized supervision.

One of the “fun” things we do is to prepare your home for your arrival. With a little notice of your arrival date, we can certainly assure you that your South Florida home is clean and fresh, the cupboards can be stocked with whatever foods you request, the refrigerator also stocked with at least the essentials, and maybe even a bouquet of flowers to grace your entrance way and night table as well. In fact, if your let us know of your impending arrival, we can even turn on the lights, and tune the radio to your favorite station!

Recently there is another area of more personal service that we have provided. Several times over the last few years, we have coordinated special projects desired by our clients. We have provided information and made connections for homecoming parties, birthday parties, and as well as connections for weekend get-a-ways.

Of course, when you leave your home, we will have it immediately cleaned and shut down for your absence. Many clients require that we maintain the home with weekly cleaning, but this service can also be whatever your wish. With your departure, everything inside and out will be checked to make sure all is as it should be until the next week when we visit again. Be assured that we can meet you before your leave for whatever instructions you may want to give us, or we can be there as you are walking out the door on your way north, or to another destination.

Essentially our business grew from a need to maintain the household while our clients are away from the home. Therefore, we take pride in offering fine household care. Our housekeepers have worked both commercially and residentially, and have pride in their expertise. While they weekly provide whatever cleaning is necessary to maintain a spic and span condition in the home, specialized cleaning from outside contractors can be provided and supervised.

We are so happy to have two wonderful experienced “handymen” on our staff. One of them is in Miami-Dade and the other is in Broward County. Both gentlemen, Guzman and Fuller, have years of experience and expertise, and can handle most situations. Their response can be immediate, and they are very much affordable. In addition to the services of Fuller and Guzman, we have an independent contractor on our staff with years of experience. Jerry has been in the South Florida area for most of his life, knows whatever permits are necessary, the building code, and is capable of anything major if necessary. Of course, your complete involvement and cooperation will be required.

We also keep on staff electricians, plumbers, roofing contractors, and other providers of specialized services should they be needed. As in the above paragraph, we would require you participation in these situations. We can however, meet with and contract for, vendors, suppliers and providers of these specialized services.

Personal Concierge Services

Our joy has certainly been to work with our clients fulfilling their needs in a comprehensive and timely fashion, but again, our “fun” has been to be able to provide veterinary services to our clients’ pets. We have on our staff dog walkers that can exercise your pet while you are in town, dog trainers that can help with misbehaving pets (our trainers use positive behavior modification methods) coming to your residence by appointment, and transportation of your pet to and from doctor’s offices in selected areas.

Certainly in the South Florida area we are delighted you offer the services of Hollywood Animal Hospital in Hollywood. While any emergencies are handled by the closest veterinary office to the pet’s location, the experienced staff at HAH is our choice for extended treatment. This hospital is a training hospital, and is owned and run by several doctors with many years of experience. Of course, it is your choice where service is provided. Should you already have a veterinary that knows your pet, we will simply provide transportation and attendance for your pet.

So many times while our clients are away from this area, they find wonderful “treasures” that they cannot live without. If such is the case for you, we will be glad to wait on deliveries for you. This service can include those necessary items too.

Should you require us to make transportation arrangements for you when you come home to South Florida, this can be handled as well. We can also arrange for a more personal meet and greet at a municipal or private airport. Sometimes a friendly face means more than an impersonal pick up these days.

Recently we have added another special service for some of our clients. Unfortunately as we age, the possibility of hospital care or rehabilitation care becomes a necessity. We can therefore offer a maintenance and transportation service that will allow one spouse or partner to offer constant care to the other, while CEO Services takes care of the essential needs at home. While we can’t make everything “all right” we can at least relieve the stress and provide whatever service is necessary to make the difficult time a little easier.

CEO Services ultimately wants to provide our clients with peace of mind, delivered locally while you are far away. We are not a staff of a thousand strong, we are a strong staff of people willing and wanting to do the very best for our clients. At one time we have all been independent contractors of one sort of another, very caring and conscientious about our services.
